Paper quilling, also known as paper filligree, is one of my favorite crafts. Different color and size papers along with a variety of techniques give the pieces lots of texture as well as great color. A little imagination goes a long, long way…the sky’s the limit. Quilled shapes can be put on just about anything…and are particularly nice for cards, gifts tags and framed items such as wedding invitation shadow boxes and the like.
